WHERE IS MY ORDER? 
Fretboard Journal releases new issues four times per year. We process every order as soon as the magazines arrive at our warehouse. Once your copy leaves the warehouse it is delivered by USPS to the address you entered at checkout. Please allow 7-10 days for your magazine to arrive.

USPS are losing between 3-5% of issues (it's a headache for us, too). With that said, please email fretboardjournal@gmail.com with your order number in the Subject Line and we'll get a status update on your order. We answer customer service emails on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ADDRESS?
Good news, you don't have to email anyone anymore, which helps us put more time and focus into the magazine itself. You can update your shipping address by logging into your account right here on the site.
  1. Click the icon in the upper right hand menu on the site (between the search and the cart icons), and log in to your account.
  2. A screen will show a number of buttons. Click "manage subscriptions".
  3. You'll then see a menu of options including "Subscriptions."
  4. Click "Subscriptions" and then select the subscription you wish to edit.
  5. Click "Shipping Address" and then update the address accordingly.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT METHODS?

  1. Click the icon in the upper right hand menu on the site (between the search and the cart icons), and log in to your account.
  2. Cick "Manage Subscriptions"
  3. Click "Payment methods"
  4. Select the payment method you wish to edit OR add a new payment method
  5. If you create a new payment method, click the "Move subscriptions here" button to assign your subscriptions to the new payment method.
AM I SUBSCRIBED?
Each Fretboard Journal subscription reserves four copies for the subscriber. You can see the status of your subscription and your purchase history right here from the site.

HOW MANY ISSUES ARE INCLUDED IN MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Fretboard Journal publishes two issues per year. Our subscription currently guarantees two issues. We've enabled auto-renew to ensure you never miss a new issue of Fretboard Journal. 

WHEN WILL I GET MY MAGAZINE?
As soon as they arrive our warehouse carefully processes each order, and ships them out. This process typically takes 5-7 business days. International orders can take much longer. You will receive your copy of the new Fretboard Journal within two weeks of when the magazine arrives at our warehouse. 

I NEED HELP LOGGING IN TO MY ACCOUNT. WHAT DO I DO?
Typically, if you're having trouble logging into your account its for one of two reasons: you're subscribed and you haven't yet created an account on the site or you forgot your password.

If you forgot your password you can request a password reset. If you haven't yet created an account, go here to create one. Once you complete the account creation form you'll receive an email confirmation request. Confirm your email and then log in to your new account on the site. All your subscription, billing, and shipping information will be available in your new account.

I DON'T WANT TO AUTORENEW. I MISS THE OLD SYSTEM.
The old system required a lot of manual work on our side to manage subscriptions, including deliveries and renewals, and ultimately the new system allows us to focus more energy on putting out the next issue of Fretboard Journal. We are focused on creating quality content and delivering a magazine that you are proud to hold onto for years to come, and by automating some of the more time consuming parts of our business, we are empowered to accomplish that.
